TOS: By ordering from me, you agree to my requirements.
1° | I go to college and work, so in case of delays, you already know the reason. When it is for health reasons, I will always let you know.2° | My art is PROHIBITED FROM BEING USED IN NFT or any form of training for artificial intelligence (AI generator).3° | In orders for commercial use, the artist must be informed AT THE BEGINNING of the order to negotiate rights, otherwise, they are not allowed to sell a product with her printed or being used in any way;4° | Be clear and organized when asking for your commission so that I do not have problems with confusion or doing it wrong and wasting more time in sending your order;5° | My art is not allowed to sell a product with her printed or being used in any way;6° | In the case of urgent commissions, negotiations of up to R$50 reais may be possible.7° | I have full right to work on other orders and personal works (professional work) during the process of your order;8° | Once the commission is finalized, depending on the place of negotiation, it will be sent; in the standard case, it will be sent via email;9° | In case I lose contact with the client, the payment has already been made and the artwork is finished. I will post it on social media, however, it will usually have the watermark.
• PAYMENT:1° | In case of refund, it cannot be issued for commissions that have been completed.2° | Payment accepted only by Paypal;3° | You have the free option to pay the full amount at the beginning, or pay 50% at the beginning and 50% at the end before receiving your completed order.4° | However, those who pay in full will have priority on the waiting list;5° | I have the free right to cancel an order, either by issuing a refund or by passing the order to my trusted partner in an emergency.6° | IT IS FORBIDDEN TO REMOVE MY WATERMARK.7° | Extra characters (animals, objects, other characters, etc.) will have an additional cost of $20 – $50.——————————————————————• DURING THE PROCESS:1° | Be very clear if you need any changes during production. • WAYS TO USE THE COMMISSION:- Use for personal use,
- Give as a gift to someone,
- Print the art, but claim the rights to your character, but not to the drawing itself,- Use the art to promote yourself, but please give due credit to the artist,- Use as a profile picture, banner or live screen saver, but with due credits.——————————————————————• You are NOT allowed to use the commission::- Remove my signature.
- Receive credits for the art, risk of lawsuit.
- Use my art in NFT or AI generator and trainer.- Commercially use my copyrighted art, making money from it in any way without my.

1° | Eu faço faculdade e trabalho, então em caso de atrasos já sabe o motivo. Quando for de saúde sempre avisarei.2° | Minhas artes são PROIBIDAS EM SER USADAS EM NFT ou qualquer forma para treinar inteligência artificial (gerador de IA).3° | Em pedidos para uso comercial devem ser informados NO INICIO do pedido para negociação de direitos à artista, caso contrário, não são permitidas em comercializar um produto com ela estampada ou sendo usada de qualquer forma;4° | Seja claro e organizado quando pedir sua comissão para eu não ter problemas em confundir ou fazer errado e perder mais tempo no envio de seu pedido;5° | Minhas artes não são permitidas em comercializar um produto com ela estampada ou sendo usada de qualquer forma;6° | Caso de comissões urgentes podem ter negociação de até R$50 reais.7° | Tenho total direito de trabalhar em outros pedidos e obras pessoais (de trabalho profissional) durante o processo de seu pedido;8° | Finalizado a comissão dependendo do local de negociação será enviada, caso seja no DISCORD será enviado por lá mesmo, no Bluesky será enviado via e-mail;9° | Em caso de perder o contato com o cliente, o pagamento já tenha sido feito e a arte finalizada. Irei a postar nas redes sociais, no entanto, estará por regra com a marca d’agua.
• PAGAMENTO:1° | Em caso de reembolso não poderá ser emitido para comissões que foram concluídas.2° | Pagamento aceito somente por PIX no valor do Brasil;3° | Você tem a livre opção de pagar o valor integral no início, ou pagar 50% no inicio e 50% no final antes de receber seu pedido concluído.4° | No entanto, quem pagar no integral, terá prioridade na lista de espera;5° | Eu tenho o livre direito de cancelar um pedido, tanto emitindo um reembolso como passando o pedido para meu parceiro de confiança em uma emergência.6° | PROIBIDO REMOVER MINHA ASSINATURA.7° | Personagens extras (animais, objetos, outros personagens, ect) terão um custo adicional de R$20,00 – R$50,00.——————————————————————• DURANTE O PROCESSO:1° | Seja bem claro caso durante a produção precise de alguma alteração, tem um limite de até 3 alterações, ultrapassando esse limite cobrarei uma pequena taxa entre R$10-R$30 (dependendo da complexidade).2° | Se o cliente importunar a artista como “seja minha amiga” ou forçando algo que não autorizei ou aceitei, terei o livre arbítrio de sair da comissão e colocar o cliente na listra negra.3° | Se a pintura ja tiver começado, em caso de cancelamento, não será aceito.4° | Pedido não iniciado, em caso de cancelamento o valor será reembolsado.——————————————————————

- Dar de presente a alguém,
- Imprimir a arte, porem reivindique o direito ao seu personagem, mas não ao desenho em si,- Usar a arte para se promover, mas por favor, dê os devidos créditos à artista,- Usar como foto de perfil, banner ou tela de descanso de live, mas com os devidos créditos.——————————————————————• NÃO É permitido que use a comissão:- Remover minha assinatura,
- Receber creditos pela arte, risco de processo,
- Usar minha arte em NFT ou gerador e treinador de IA,- Usar comercialmente minha arte protegida por direitos autorais, ganhando dinheiro com isso de qualquer forma sem meu consentimento.
